We do not like to refer to the skin as sensitive, the skin is the largest organ of the body and it is strong, designed to protect us from the external environment. If you find yourself always describing your skin as sensitive or not being able to use any products, you are simply reactive.
Reactivity can be caused by a range of factors such as:

Most commonly these factors result in transepidermal water loss, which is best described as dehydration or lack of water in the skin. In order to return the skin to balance we need to increase circulation, increase water content through professional treatments and your daily use of active ingredients at home. You will feel relief from your first treatment and within a couple of weeks of using home prescriptives, ongoing treatment is necessary to strengthen and repair the tissue of the skin.
